Who Can Join?

We welcome male and female athletes of all ages with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (such as Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and other learning disabilities).

Player Readiness & Equipment

  • Skating Ability: Players should be able to skate independently, even at a basic level. If a player is not yet ready, we may recommend a local “Learn-to-Skate” program first.

  • Evaluation: New players are invited to a brief on-ice evaluation with skates and a helmet so our coaches can determine their skill level and readiness.

  • Equipment: All players must wear full hockey gear. We have a supply of used equipment available to share with those in need.
